Punjabi actress Neeru Bajwa is currently enjoying a well-deserved break and giving fans a peek into her carefree vacation mood. The actress took to Instagram to share a series of candid, sun-drenched pictures, captioned cheekily: "My give a f@#!’s are on a permanent vacation." The post quickly went viral, with fans flooding the comments with heart and fire emojis.
The vacation comes shortly after her latest film, Sardaar Ji 3, sparked political and public outrage in India. The horror-comedy, which stars Diljit Dosanjh, Neeru Bajwa, and Pakistani actress Hania Aamir, faced backlash after it released globally on June 27, but was not screened in India due to the casting of a Pakistani actor amidst rising India-Pakistan tensions. The film’s release came just weeks after the Pahalgam terror attack, which claimed 26 Indian lives, leading to strong sentiments against cross-border collaborations.
Despite the controversy, Sardaar Ji 3 witnessed a strong box office performance overseas, earning over Rs 33 crore globally in its first week. While Bajwa remained largely silent on the issue, her recent post seems to reflect a desire to disengage from the noise and embrace some peace.
On the work front, Neeru Bajwa is all set to make a splash in Bollywood once again. She will be seen opposite Ajay Devgn in the highly anticipated sequel Son of Sardaar 2. The film marks her return to Hindi cinema after a significant gap and is already generating buzz among fans.
Whether soaking up the sun or stepping into big-banner Bollywood projects, Neeru Bajwa is proving she knows how to strike the perfect balance between work and personal zen.
