Monsoon has yet not arrived, but it’s already raining film announcements. Even amidst the pandemic, the Punjabi industry has not lost hope and is consistently working to create new and good content. Just a few days back, we had shared the announcement news of Ranjit Bawa’s new film with newcomer Sweetaj Brar. Within no time, the singer turned actor has surprised the fans with another film announcement.

The title of the movie is Akal De Anne and the first poster of the film is out and has been shared by Bawa on his Instagram handle. Fans are going gaga over the back to back film announcements and are excited for the film. The animated poster of the movie is very interesting and suggests that the film will be a comic flick.

The director of Dilpreet Dhillon starrer 2017 film The Great Sardaar- Ranjeet Bal will be directing the movie. The project is being produced by Amneet Sher Singh and Ramneet Sher Singh under the banner of Patiala Motion Pictures. Patiala Motion Pictures has produced blockbuster comic films like the Nikka Zaildar Series in the past and is all set to entertain the fans with this new upcoming comedy drama.

Ranjeet Bal along with Torry Moudgil has also written the story and screen play of the film. Not many details about the film have been revealed yet. The female lead, supporting starcast and the release date will be shared soon by  the team.
