The makers of the much-awaited Punjabi film Nikka Zaildar 4 have announced a change in the release date of the movie in light of the ongoing flood situation in Punjab. The film, which was initially expected to arrive earlier, will now hit cinemas on 2nd October 2025.
In an official statement, the production houses White Hill Studios and Patiala Motion Pictures emphasized that the decision was taken out of solidarity with those affected by the natural disaster. The team stated that their priority at this time is to stand by the people of Punjab, many of whom are facing severe hardships due to flooding in several regions.

The statement further mentioned that the film’s cast and crew will personally visit the flood-affected areas to provide relief material, including ration supplies and other essentials. “We believe it is our duty to extend support during these difficult times,” the team said, adding that trucks loaded with necessary items will be dispatched soon to aid the affected communities.
Meanwhile, the makers also confirmed that the trailer of Nikka Zaildar 4 will be released shortly, keeping the excitement alive for fans awaiting the next installment of the hit franchise.
Directed by Simerjit Singh and written by Jagdeep Sidhu, the film features a strong ensemble cast, including Ammy Virk, Sonam Bajwa, and Nirmal Rishi, among others.
As Punjab battles the aftermath of floods, the postponement is being seen as a compassionate step from the entertainment industry. The team closed its note with a powerful message: “We stand with Punjab.”
