From love to drama and thrill, the film has got it all. If you are missing out on some fun and drama then this movie will serve you with it, undoubtedly. Let’s talk about all the ingredients Parahuna 2 carries through the review we have brought for you.

Parahuna 2 Movie Review

Story

Initially or eventually, the story has to be the largest fish of the pond. The story is where the audience has its entire focus on, so let’s talk about it first. Parahuna 2’s story appears to be very foreseeable and very ordinary but what makes us stick to the screens is its screenplay. The story of Parahuna 2 revolves around Binder (Ranjit Bawa), his fiancee Harjot (Aditi Sharma), his wife Catherine (an old foreigner) and her husband Dilbara (Gurpreet Ghuggi). Dilbara is the ex husband of Catherine who re-enters her life after Binder gets married to her & both decide to stay with her for the sake of the old lady’s property.

The entire story is a series of events that happen one by one in unexpected ways. What happens throughout the movie and who ends up marrying whom could only be identified by visiting the theaters as neither we welcome spoilers nor escalate them further.

Acting & Performances

The character’s presentation by the leads as well as the supporting characters has been done finely. Ranjit Bawa as Binder comes out to be nicely natural with his acting and expressions. His consistency throughout the movie should be appreciated.

Aditi Dev Sharma as Harjot has an apt role in the beginning but going forward in the movie feels like the makers made her appear forcefully for the sake of her being the lead actress. But not to doubt Aditi's acting skills, her appearance made us applaud her.

Gurpreet Ghuggi as Dilbara emerges as one of the finest characters in the movie. His versatility as an actor made this movie a little bit more interesting. His character enters after Intermission and continues to spread humorous vibes throughout the second half.

Ajay Hooda as Veeru has debuted with this movie. Haryanvi artist Ajay has played his native role, as Binder’s friend. His comical punches in Haryanvi language makes his appearance good to witness in Parahuna 2.

Apart from the leads, artists like Oshin Brar, Tara Sumner, Dara Dhaliwal, Faith Ailsa Tarby, Muhammad Nasrullah Badar and others have also played their characters very well.

Writing & Direction

Now coming to the direction of Parahuna 2. Kshithij Chaudhary has handled the direction department whereas Dheeraj Rattan is the writer for this movie. Both writing and direction seem to be less grippy at points however, it fits well at others.

The background music of Parahuna 2 is overall well garnished with several songs in it. It features Punjabi language songs by Ranjit Bawa, Kamal Khan and D Harp and a Haryanvi language track by Ajay Hooda, making the entire movie a blend of fine tracks.
