Actor Parineeti Chopra and her husband, Aam Aadmi Party leader Raghav Chadha, are overjoyed as they have welcomed their first child — a baby boy. The couple shared the heartwarming news on Sunday through a joint Instagram announcement, marking the beginning of a new and cherished chapter in their lives.
Posting a simple yet emotional note, the duo wrote, “He’s finally here! Our baby boy. And we literally can’t remember life before! Arms full, our hearts are fuller. First we had each other, now we have everything.” They ended their message with, “With gratitude, Parineeti & Raghav,” and let an evil eye emoji serve as the quiet protector of their happiness.
Earlier in the day, reports surfaced that Parineeti had been admitted to a Delhi hospital. A source close to the family confirmed, “Raghav has been with Parineeti throughout. Both their families are in Delhi, awaiting the baby’s arrival with immense excitement. This Diwali is turning out to be an especially joyful one for everyone.”
The couple’s journey toward parenthood has been a much-loved one by fans. Back in August, they had revealed the news of their pregnancy through a charming post that read, “Our little universe … on its way. Blessed beyond measure.” The announcement was accompanied by an adorable image of a white-and-gold cake with “1 + 1 = 3” written on it, symbolizing their growing family.
Parineeti and Raghav’s love story has captivated many ever since they got engaged at Kapurthala House in New Delhi in May 2023, followed by their lavish wedding at The Leela Palace in Udaipur that September. Interestingly, during an appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show earlier this year, Raghav had playfully hinted at the coming “good news,” leaving fans speculating about the big moment that has now finally arrived.
With the arrival of their son, the couple’s happiness is complete. While they have yet to share a picture of their little one, their post radiates pure gratitude and joy — a perfect reflection of the love and togetherness that defines their journey so far.
