Himanshi Khurana actively participates in flood relief program: The prominent Punjabi model has been working hard in flood relief programs.
Punjab has become one of the various states which have been affected by floods in this rainy season. Several districts of the state have witnessed unwanted and unfortunate sights of water entering in abundance in both people’s homes and agricultural fields.
It was only last evening that Punjab Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh wrote to Home Minister Amit Shah to direct the Inter-Ministerial Central Team to the state.
Surprised on the exclusion of Punjab from the list of States to be visited by the Inter-Ministerial Central Team to assess losses in flood-affected areas in different States. Request HM @AmitShah ji to direct the Central Team to visit Punjab to assess the huge losses. pic.twitter.com/ziavbK8rAz

Himanshi Khurana actively participates in flood relief program
Prominent Punjabi model-turned-singer Himanshi Khurana has been actively participating in flood relief programs in the state. Organized by relief group Khalsa Aid, Khurana is continuously sharing photos and videos of the prevailing dire circumstances in few areas.
In the photos and videos, Khurana is also seen distributing basic necessities like medicine, grocery items, sanitary napkins etc.
Himanshi Khurana being accused of “showing-off”
Amidst all her praiseworthy efforts, Khurana creating awareness especially for the purpose of donation is unluckily being perceived as “show-off”. While there are plentiful motivating comments, there are also many comments on her posts which claim these photos and videos as mere publicity stunts and nothing else.
People sitting in the comfort of their homes and writing such things about any person who has at least taken out time and is putting in efforts in tough conditions to help the needy is as lamenting as it can get.
