Ludhiana-born playback singer Jaskaran Singh has made a remarkable mark in the South Indian music industry, earning accolades for his work in Kannada cinema. In 2025, he was awarded Best Playback Singer – Male (Kannada) at the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) for his soulful rendition of “Dwapara” from the film Krishnam Pranaya Sakhi, composed by Arjun Janya.
