Rabb Da Radio 2 Preview: Slushiness likely to set forth tomorrow

Rabb Da Radio 2 Preview: Punjabi Mania presents before you the full preview of upcoming Punjabi movie titled ‘Rabb Da Radio 2’.

While a lot of Punjabi movies have yielded fruits when it comes to films being converted into franchises, the latest one to enter the list is ‘Rabb Da Radio‘ (2017). It is worth mentioning that most of these franchises willfully revolve around hefty finances.

Slated to release on March 29 (tomorrow), Rabb Da Radio 2 doesn’t seem to give fragrances of the commercial factor. Not that the first part didn’t make profit or this one doesn’t give the impression of doing so, Rabb Da Radio series will always be perceived as a slush-generating ride irrespective of what it earns.

While Rabb Da Radio handed directorial debuts to Tarnvir Singh Jagpal and Harry Bhatti, Rabb Da Radio 2 will welcome director Sharan Art in the Punjabi industry. The video of the recently released song titled ‘Kaleere’ was directed by him.

Rabb Da Radio 2 stars Tarsem Jassar and Simi Chahal together on-screen for the second time. Apart from the lead pair, the movie will see BN Sharma, Avtar Gill, Nirmal Rishi, Jagjeet Sandhu, Harby Sangha, Gurpreet Bhangu, Shivandra Mahal, Sunita Dhir, Tania and Baljinder Kaur.

It is evident from the trailer that the movie is most likely to be a soul-stirring family drama. Much like the first part, the movie is expected to stand tall on emotional grounds, a facet which will entice the audiences especially families.

The presence of Tania in the trailer is more like a mystery element as it highlights that there is a lot in stores for the audiences and is not just another movie based on a mediocre story from the villages of Punjab. Talking about the story of the movie, it is written by a prominent writer in Punjab in Jass Grewal.

Rabb Da Radio 2 is produced by Manpreet Johal and Ashu Munish Sahni under the banners of Vehli Janta Films and Omjee Group. The film will face severe competition from Chuck Russell’s ‘Junglee’ and Nitin Kakkar’s ‘Notebook’. However, no Punjabi film releasing last week is likely to work well for Rabb Da Radio 2.
