Call it the charm of singer Atif Aslam or that of music as a whole, the legendary singer has returned to the East Punjabi film industry after as many as 12 years to effortlessly deliver a soulful song as if he had been releasing songs for all these years here.

So, for a whole generation born in the 90s, Aslam's songs are a treasure forming a special and memorable space in the hearts of listeners. Hence, the prospect of him singing a song in the upcoming Punjabi movie titled 'Lover' was pleasing right from the start.

Having listened to Aslam's latest song named 'Rangreza' now, it wouldn't be wrong to say that Aslam has restarted from exactly where he had left over a decade ago.

An unequivocal feather in the cap for lyricist Babbu and music director SNIPR to have worked with Aslam in Rangreza, the trio working together for the first time has resulted in a harmonious and delightful romantic song. 

Depending on what point in time in Lover will this song be played, its value has it in it to be multiplied if used judiciously by the makers.
