On the occasion of Navratri, Rozana, a premium fine dining restaurant in the tricity, has introduced an exclusive Navratri Menu designed to delight your taste buds and embrace the essence of this joyous season while making fasting easier. Navratri is a 9-day religious festival dedicated to Goddess Durga, widely celebrated in northern India alongside pujas and cultural events.

Rozana, renowned for its rich North Indian flavors, aims to enhance your Navratri fasting experience with a delectable array of dishes. These limited-time offerings enrich the fasting experience, bringing the authentic and delicious flavors of Navratri to your table.

Chef Ramesh Joshi, Executive Chef at Rozana, emphasizes, "To embrace Navratri and cater to our customers' preferences, we continue our annual tradition by unveiling a special menu that aligns with the festive occasion. It is not necessary to limit 'vrat ka khana' to solely fruits and a bland, watery diet. We have taken special care to ensure the dishes on the menu are flavourful and saatvik, keeping in mind the special needs of the devotees fasting during the Navratras. We have expanded the menu beyond the traditional kuttu puri-sabzi, sabudana khichdi, and lassi, incorporating permissible spices like mace, nutmeg, cardamom, and more."

The Navratri special menu offers a sumptuous selection of dishes. Begin your meal with Paneer Malai Tikka, Aloo Tikki Chaat, or the unique Phool Makhaney Ki Tikki. For the main course, savor Dal Chironji, Shahi Paneer, Dahi Waali Arbi, Aloo Jeera, Phaldhari Mewa Kofta, and may more. The special Navratri Papad Platter, featuring assorted papads with tapioca and potatoes, complements the meal. Conclude this delightful spread with Sabudana Ki Kheer or Phool Makhaney Ki Kheer.

Chef Joshi adds, "Rozana's special menu caters to those observing upvas (fasting) and satvik aahar (pure food) this year. We offer a delightful array of fresh and nutritious recipes thoughtfully priced to satisfy hunger and make your Navratri celebrations even more special."

During Navratri fasting, meat, lentils, flour, and regular rice are avoided, while vegetables are allowed. Devotees use rock salt (sendha namak) instead of regular salt and Samak ke Chawal instead of regular rice.

At Rozana, the vibrant spirit of Navratri comes to life, offering a culinary journey during the festival. The specially curated Navratri Menu presents a wide array of dishes that resonate with the festive spirit. The menu, free of onions and garlic, features a variety of dishes, including Vrat Ke Chawal and Kuttu Ka Atta, prepared with saatvik ingredients like potatoes, sweet potatoes, arbi, foxnuts (makhaane), sabudan, carrots, cucumber, and paneer.

In addition to their regular offerings, the specially curated Navratri menu allows individuals to enjoy nutritious, fasting-friendly meals during significant spiritual periods, ensuring a deeply fulfilling dining experience.

Rozana, a spacious multi-cuisine restaurant, stands out with contemporary decor, abundant natural light, and an innovative approach that introduces five different cooking techniques to indulge guests. The restaurant is furnished with luxurious and comfortable seating, offering a modern and comfortable atmosphere.
