Sargun Mehta, one of the leading female actors of Punjabi cinema, has garnered a lot of praise in the past few days for posting her fun BTS (Behind The Scenes) moments from the sets of 'Qismat 2' across social media platforms.

The bubbly actress who’s known for her gregarious and happy-go-lucky nature as much as her looks and talent, is one of those few actresses in the industry who has entertained her fans even during lockdown.

Whether it’s her music videos or funny Instagram stories, the actress has made sure to keep her fans hooked to her awesomeness any which way!

Talking about Qismat 2, it stars Ammy Virk, Sargun Mehta and Tania in the lead. Rumors have it that Jaani will also mark his acting debut with Qismat 2. However, the makers are yet to reveal the truth with respect to Jaani's involvement in the movie. Further, the project is being bankrolled by Shri Narotam Ji Studios and Zee Studios. The release date of the same is yet to be unveiled.

‘Qismat’, which had the directorial debut of Jagdeep Sidhu, had released two years ago. It became one of Punjabi cinema’s highest grossing movies of 2018 and thus the expectations from the second installment are already high. Another reason as to why fans are eagerly waiting for Qismat 2 is that it will reunite Sargun Mehta and Ammy Virk as a lead pair for a Punjabi movie after two years.

Sargun Mehta, who has impressed the Punjabi audience the world over with films such as 'Angrej', 'Lahoriye', 'Love Punjab', 'Ashke', 'Kala Shah Kala' and 'Jhalle', is certainly one of the assets in Punjabi cinema!
