Shefali Jariwala Dearth News: Actress and dancer Shefali Jariwala, who rose to national fame with the chart-topping 2002 music video Kaanta Laga, has passed away at the age of 42. Her sudden death late Friday night has left the entertainment industry and her fans stunned and grieving.
Sources reveal that Jariwala was urgently taken to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai by her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, but was declared dead upon arrival. The cause of death has not been officially confirmed. Her body has since been sent to Cooper Hospital for a postmortem.
Mumbai Police have initiated standard investigative procedures and are currently questioning her domestic staff, including her cook and house help, to rule out any foul play in the high-profile case.
