Punjabi writer and director Amberdeep Singh who has dropped films like Lahoriya, Laung Laachi, Teeja Punjab, Saunkan Saunkne, Jodi and many more is soon to be coming up with another masterpiece. Title Shikra was already announced in 2021 but now the filmmaker has dropped an update regarding the upcoming film.

Releasing in 2025, the specific release has not been unwrapped, but Amberdeep disclosed that he will soon be coming up with a big surprise regarding the film’s details. Further, speaking of the poster, the same poster has earlier also been revealed. In case you haven't seen it then, let us tell you about the still. From the poster, we can see that the fundamental idea of film is romance and love. Also, it seems to be conveyed through the poster. 

Apart from this, the poster also disclosed that the movie is presented by Story Time Productions and Amberdeep Productions. Amberdeep earlier has collaborated with none other than Diljit Dosnjh. We have already watched their chemistry in Jodi and now excited for Shikra. But its been almost two years since we heard any update regarding film, so Diljit mighr be shelved from film as Amberdeep has not tagged Dosanjhawala and he has also not shared on his IG Page. But something concrete can only be said when more details will be out.

Moreover, Shikra might show the story of the famous poet Shiv Kumar Batalvi or something related to him.
