Chandigarh: The music campaign for the upcoming Punjabi film Patakka Guddiyan has kicked off on an energetic note with the release of its latest romantic track, “Sheesha”, performed by popular singer Shipra Goyal.
Released by Ishanya Studios, the song is now available across major music streaming platforms as well as the studio’s official YouTube channel. With its upbeat production and romantic mood, “Sheesha” brings a contemporary flavour to the film’s musical lineup.
The track combines Shipra Goyal’s powerful vocals with music composed by NIIKZZY, while lyricist Sony Thulewal has added traditional Punjabi expressions to the song’s modern sound. The result is a dance-oriented number built around the excitement, confidence and celebratory side of romance.
A musical introduction to ‘Patakka Guddiyan’
“ Sheesha” also offers audiences a glimpse into the vibrant world of Patakka Guddiyan, which is being presented as a romantic comedy with family entertainment at its core.
The film revolves around twin sisters who look exactly alike but have completely different personalities. While one is portrayed as innocent, the other has a more mischievous nature, setting up a series of situations driven by mistaken identities and unexpected encounters.
Adding to the film’s central attraction is Hashneen Chauhan, who takes on the challenging task of portraying both sisters in a double role.
Romance, comedy and family drama
The contrasting personalities of the two characters are expected to drive much of the film’s humour, while the storyline also brings emotional family moments into the mix. The makers are promising a combination of comedy, romance and dramatic twists as the narrative unfolds.
With “Sheesha” now adding momentum to the promotional campaign, attention is likely to remain on the film’s music in the weeks leading up to its theatrical arrival.
Patakka Guddiyan is scheduled to release in cinemas on October 30, 2026.
