A new Punjabi film has been announced for release in August 2023. The title of the movie is Chidiyan Da Chamba. The announcement has been made by none other than the youth music sensation and the Palazzo fame singer Shivjot. Shivjot is all set to enter the alley of acting with this new upcoming film. He will make his acting debut in the Punjabi industry by playing the lead role in Chidiyan Da Chamba.
Shivjot has done some noteworthy work in the Punjabi music industry and is known for his musical talent and his lively and energetic songs. Like many other Punjabi singers, Shivjot has also now taken the leap and is all set for entering into the world of acting and cinema.
Alongside Shivjot, popular actor Amyra Dastur will be playing the female lead in the movie. Amyra Dastur is a renowned actress who has done notable work in Hindi, Punjabi and South film industry. Both the lead actors look stunning with each other and will definitely make great onscreen jodi.
The announcement of the film has been made on social media by sharing the first look of the project, which doesn’t give much insight into the concept of the movie. The poster is very interesting and intriguing as it doesn’t reveal much about the theme and details of the project.
Chidiyan Da Chamba is being made under the banners of Kharour Films LLP. and Fruitchaat Entertainment. Written and directed by Prem Singh Sidhu, the project is being bankrolled by Dimple Kharour and Abhaydeep Singh Mutti. Alongside the lead pair, the film will star a stellar lineup of polished artists.
Chidiyan Da Chamba is slated to release in the theatres on 18 August 2023. This new announcement has really excited the fans, who are eager to witness this upcoming masterpiece in the cinemas.
