Punjabi industry is going from strength to strength with each new film that is being made. Every other day a new punjabi film is announced. Punjabi industry is going through a boom period and growing at a rapid pace.

One more film that is coming up is Gurmukh. The shooting of the film has commenced. The film is being directed by the ace writer and director Pali Bhupinder, who is known for writing half a dozen films including the superhit movie Laavaan Phere. Gurumukh will be Pali Bhupinder’s second film as a director.

The film has been written by Pali Bhupinder itself. The film is being produced by Rana Ahluwalia and is being made under the banner of Rana Ahluwalia Production. After Banjara, this film will be Rana Ahluwalia’s second film as a producer. This film will be a different kind of movie and the makers promise that this film will be a unique combination of drama and comedy. The film will be of a different and a new genre and the makers are confident that this movie will be a breath of fresh air for the Punjabi audience as currently Punjabi cinema is flooded by period dramas and comedy films.

Kuljinder Singh Sidhu, who has acted in various films like Sadda Haq, Yodhha, and Dakuaan Da Munda will play the lead in the film. The film has a stellar starcast which includes illustrious actors like Sara Gurpal, Aakansha Sareen, Sardar Sohi, Yaad Grewal, Malkit Rauni, Gurleen Chopra, Raman Dhillon, Gurpreet toti, Anita Shabdish, Karan Sandhawalia, and many more.

Kuljinder will play the role of a simple sikh boy, who like a real sikh, takes a stand against unrighteousness, after certain incidents take place in his life. The release date of the film has not been revealed yet. The fans are eagerly looking forward to more details of the movie.
