Reacting to the development, his father Balkaur Singh said the moment would have meant a great deal to his son. He expressed gratitude to fans for their unwavering support, adding that the love shown proves the artist has not been forgotten. He also mentioned that the family continues to face challenges related to business matters and security concerns.

The surge in subscribers comes amid growing anticipation for Moosewala’s upcoming posthumous track, “Eyes On Me,” which has already generated buzz following the release of its official poster. Fans believe the song may touch upon the circumstances surrounding his killing.

Moosewala, who hailed from Moosa village in Punjab’s Mansa district, was shot dead in 2022 at the age of 28, an incident that sent shockwaves across the music industry and beyond.
