The first Punjabi film directed by Pakistan's hearthrob  Imran Abbas, titled "Jee Ve Sohneya Jee," has been approved for national theatre distribution one week after its global premiere. Fans were quite excited at that time to watch Pakistani actor Imran Abbas and Punjabi actress Simi Chahal together on big screens. The film has garnered immense love from the audience as well in India and worldwide.

The film was also being streamed on Chaupal, but on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, the makers planned to release the film in Pakistan in theatres once again. Yes, you read that right, this cross-border love will again be witnessed by Pakistani viewers on big screens at nearby theatres. This news has created a lot of stir among fans and they are demanding to re-release it in India as well.
