Sunanda Sharma, Manish Malhotra Offer Prayers at Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain

The steady flow of prominent personalities visiting the revered Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain continued on Saturday, as singer Sunanda Sharma and designer Manish Malhotra paid their respects at the sacred shrine.

Arriving in the afternoon, both offered prayers at the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the most significant pilgrimage sites dedicated to Lord Shiva. The duo performed darshan from the Nandi Hall, a prominent area within the temple complex where devotees gather for worship.

During the visit, Sunanda Sharma was seen immersed in devotion, chanting hymns dedicated to Lord Mahakal. Manish Malhotra, meanwhile, proceeded further inside up to the Silver Gate, also known as the Chandi Dwar, to seek blessings.

Speaking after the visit, Sharma shared that she had come to the temple along with her entire team. She described the experience as deeply spiritual, adding that the atmosphere of the shrine evokes a sense of devotion that resonates with every visitor.

This marked her second visit to the temple, and she expressed happiness at returning, noting that each visit brings a renewed sense of peace and fulfillment.

The Mahakaleshwar Temple continues to attract a large number of devotees and public figures alike, reflecting its enduring spiritual and cultural significance.
