Punjabi industry is producing movies at a very rapid pace. Every other day new movies are announced. Punjabi cinema is growing fast and spreading its reach. Recently, the punjabi heartthrob Tarsem Jassar announced his two new films that will release next year in 2019 on his social media account.

Both the movies will be made under the banner of Vehli Janta Films. Vehli Janta Films has earlier produced movies like Rabb Da Radio and Sardar Mohommad. Tarsem Jassar who had played a lead role in both these films has once again been starred as the main lead for both the upcoming movies. One of these movies is the sequel of the 2017 hit movie Rabb Da Radio, titled as Rabb Da Radio 2 which has been scheduled to release on 29 March next year. According to sources, this movie would be directed by Daana Paani fame director Tarnvir Singh Jagpal who had also directed the first part of the movie. The makers have not yet revealed the lead actress who would be starred opposite Tarsem Jassar in the sequel. The name of the second film has not been revealed yet but its date of release has been announced. The untitled film will hit the screens on 20 September 2019.

Currently, Jassar is gearing up for the release of his next movie ‘Afsar’ opposite Nimrat Khaira which will release on 5 October this year. Recently Jassar had also announced his movie ‘Ooda-Aida’ in which he will play the main lead alongside Neeru Bajwa. The fans are very excited for his upcoming films and are looking forward to all his new projects.
