Despite being the backbone of the film industry, producers are probably the least recognised and, at the same time, the most difficult-to-define professionals of the film fraternity. Punjabi film producers Sunny Raj, Sarla Rani, Varun Arora and Santosh Subhash Thite are all set with their new release ‘Kali Jotta’ under Neeru Bajwa Entertainment, U&I Films and VH Entertainment productions.
Through these production houses, we have received many Punjabi hits like Koka, Paani Ch Madhaani, Laung Laachi 2, Maa Da Ladla etc. The makers are now all set to release the much talked about film Kali Jotta, which will be a masterpiece indeed. Vijay Kumar Arora has helmed the romantic period-drama ‘Kali Jotta’ which features Satinder Sartaaj, Neeru Bajwa and Wamiqa Gabbi in prominent roles.
Producer-actress Neeru Bajwa is super excited for this film and said, "I have always been a massive admirer of Punjabi culture and language, as everyone has been able to see through my work. I've always made an effort to honour my heritage. Even if my early interest in the workforce flourished, becoming a producer has deepened my connection to it.
Commenting on the film, producer Sarla Rani said, "I'm thrilled to be associated with the movie Kali Jotta, which explores a serious female subject. Working as a producer on a movie with such a dedicated star cast was quite challenging and a great opportunity for me. Working has even further elevated my spirits.”
Producer Sunny Raj expressed his gratitude about the film, saying, “In addition to having an incredible star cast, I feel extremely confident in having handled this delicate subject with such hard-working filmmaker Dadu. I am also very appreciative of the audience's affection and enthusiasm for this movie and its songs”.
Producer Varun Arora commented on the movie, saying, "I am really thrilled to offer my first produced film Kali Jotta. A teenage love tale that develops into an unexpected narrative will leave everyone shocked. This is a story that we have been eager to share with the public for a very long time, and now that we are finally here, I am thrilled to witness the audience's response”.
Producer Santosh Subhash Thite expressed his happiness by saying, “I have always strived to bring a new story to the Punjabi audience, and the hard work that we all have put in will definitely shine brighter in the theatres on 3rd February. I believe the audience will respect our willingness to accept sacrifice and demonstrate unwavering love”.
The movie is slated to release on the coming Friday, and the fans are as excited as the team of this upcoming piece of art. The movie will definitely win all hearts with its brilliance and beauty.
