The film industry is blooming with good cinema and new films. The industry faced a crisis during the covid times but has now bounced back with double the power and energy. The cinemas are being flooded with audience as there have been back to back good Punjabi film releases on the big screens.

Punjabi Mania had recently shared that how the coming month of September is going to be packed with back to back film releases, making it one of the busiest month of the year for the Punjabi entertainment industry. Earlier 9 films were slated to release in September, but as per the recent announcement, one film has postponed its release date and now the month of September 2022 will be marked by 8 big releases.

The film that has postponed its release date is the Nishawn Bhullar starrer film ‘Masand’. The film stars celebrated artists including Rabbi Kandola, R P Singh, Mahabir Bhullar and many others. The movie was earlier set to release on 16 September 2022. On 16 September, the film would have faced competition from two other big projects that are slated to release on the same date.

The team of the film has postponed the release date in order to avoid an already overcrowded Friday and also to avoid the release clash with Tarsem Jassar, Neeru Bajwa and Roopi Gill starrer Maa Da Laadla and the Jagdeep Sidhu directorial project starring Sargun Mehta and Gitaz Bindrakhia titled Moh. The release date of the movie has been pushed forward by three weeks and the film will now hit the cinemas on 7 October 2022.

Masand will be an intense action film with a strong plot and a thrilling story. The film has been directed by Vikrant Sidhu and has been written by Rabbi Kandola. The movie has been produced by Vinay Jindal. Made under the banners of Living Dreams Entertainment and Folk Studio Media Group, the movie has been inspired by true events, and will definitely provide the audience with a spectacular film experience.
