Recently we had shared the news that popular Punjabi artist Tarsem Jassar is all geared up for his upcoming film Galwakdi, which is slated to release in June this year. The singer turned actor surprised his fans by sharing one more big news. Jassar recently announced his new project for this year.

The title of the film is Khaao Piyo Aish Karo, and will star Tarsem Jassar and Ranjit Bawa in parallel leads. The starcast of the film also includes Gurbaaz Singh, Jasmin Bajwa, Aditi Aarya and Prabh Grewal. The shooting of the film had started in October 2020, after the lockdown was lifted. The team has now made the official announcement of the film.

The multi starrer comedy drama has been directed by the ace director of the Punjabi cinema- Ksshitij Chaudhary.  Chaudhary is known for his blockbuster films including Jatts In Golmaal, Mr. & Mrs. 420 series, Bailaras, Vekh Baraatan Challiyan, Uda Aida, Golak Bugni Bank Te Batua and many more. He has worked with Jassar in Uda Aida and has done two films- Vekh Baraatan Challiyan and Mr. & Mrs. 420 Returns with Bawa as well.

Made under the banner of Brotherhood Productions, the movie is being bankrolled by Harsimran Kalra. The film will hit the screens on September 3, 2021. The film will be distributed worldwide by the Omjee Star Studios. The movie will be a comedy flick packed with drama, laughter and entertainment. The fans are eagerly looking forward to the film.
