Lyricist-turned-singer-turned-actor-turned-producer Tarsem Jassar is all set for his next release. After the Corona break this will be Jassar’s first release. The title of the film is Galwakdi, and has been named after Tarsem Jassar’s hit track with the same name.

The movie stars Wamiqa Gabbi in the main lead opposite Jassar. The film was earlier slated to release on April 10 last year but the release had to be postponed due to the unprecedented health crisis. The new release date has been finally revealed by the team. Galwakdi will hit the silver screens on 11 June 2021.

The movie is being produced under the banner of Omjee Star Studios alongside Jassar’s home production house- Vehli Janta Films. The film has been directed by Sharan Art who made his directorial debut with Jassar’s Rabb Da Radio 2. Other than the lead pair, the movie will also star BN Sharma and Raghveer Boli.

The fans are excited on the revelation of the release date of the movie and are excitedly looking forward to this romantic drama.
