Babbu Maan is one of the most loved artist of the Punjabi industry and has a large fan base all around the world. The artist who has given many legendary songs, has also managed to impress his fans with his films. Babbu Maan was last seen in the film Banjaara, in which he had played a triple role.

Babbu Maan is known in the industry for his work in the film Hashar. The movie was a blockbuster at the box office and gave a boost to Babbu Maan’s acting career. The fans had showered immense love on the film. Eventually, Hashar became the biggest hit of Babbu Maan’s career.

While promoting his latest film Banjaara, Babbu Maan had given a hint about making a sequel of the 2008 release Hashar. The news has been confirmed as the sequel of Hashar has been officially announced. The title of the sequel is Hashar 2, and will once again star the heartthrob- Babbu Mann in the main lead.

The complete starcast of the film has not been announced yet. It has not been confirmed that whether the starcast will be the same or completely different from the first part of the film. Not many details about the film have been revealed yet. It will be interesting to see a fresh and new touch in an older concept.

The movie will be helmed by Gaurav Trehan, who had also directed the 2008 release- Hashar. Gaurav Trehan officially announced the film during an interview with a Television channel. It will be interesting to see the director and actor collaborating once again for the sequel of Babbu Maan’s superhit movie. With this film Gaurav Trehan will be  making his comeback as a director after nine years.

The news of the sequel has elated the fans and the audience is excitedly waiting for more details about the romantic drama. It has been more than a decade, but the craze of fans for the film Hashar has not changed. We wish the team all the very best for this upcoming project!
