The Punjabi industry is in its rebooting phase after the Covid crisis and is geared up to produce quality content and entertain the audience, who has been waiting for new films and projects from a long time now. The shooting of one more film has gone on the floors, and this one stars none other than the much loved Guddiyan Patole duo.

The title of the film is Lekh and the movie was announced by the White Hill Studios in February this year. The shooting of the movie has commenced today that is on 14 March 2021, and is being shot in Ganganagar, Rajasthan. The movie stars Gurnam Bhullar and Tania in the lead.

Bankrolled by Manmord Sidhu and Gunbir Singh Sidhu, Lekh will mark the directorial debut of Bhanu Pratap Singh and Manvir Brar. The story screenplay and dialogues have been written by Jagdeep Sidhu, and this is Gurnam’s third movie with him post ‘Guddiyan Patole’ and ‘Surkhi Bindi’. Also, it is Tania’s fourth film with Jagdeep Sidhu after ‘Guddiyan Patole’, ‘Qismat’ and ‘Sufna’.
