The film business has been running on a patchy road ever since the industry was hit by the covid crisis in 2020. The box office is steadily gaining momentum with new and fresh projects. Recently, one more new film has hit the floors adding to the long list of new upcoming movies. 

The title of the film is Lehmberginni. The movie is being produced by Shabeel Shamsher Singh Dhami, Jass Dhami and Ashu Munish Sahni under the banners of SSD Productions and Omjee Star Studios. The movie has already gone on floors as the shooting of the film started today that is on March 4, 2022 in the UK. 

The release date of the film will be revealed soon by the team. The complete movie star-cast has not been unveiled yet. The film is being directed by Ishaan Chopra, who is known for directing the Ninja starter film Doorbeen. Suresh Beesaveni is the dop for the project. 

The most exciting part of this upcoming project is it’s lead starcast. The film stars two very loved and talented artists of the Punjabi industry in the front lead. The male lead in the film is being played by the accomplished singer and actor of Punjabi cinema- Ranjit Bawa. Popular model and actress- Mahira Sharma, who is known for her performances in many super hit music videos, will play the female lead opposite Bawa in ‘Lehmberginni’.

Last year, Ranjit Bawa and Mahira Sharma collaborated for the popular song Koka and won many hearts with their chemistry. The fans are excited and looking forward to seeing this new and fresh jodi on the big screen.
