Punjabi cinema has been flooded with new films and new ideas. This year many new movies have been announced. One such movie is ‘Jodi’, which had been announced earlier this year. The movie has gone on the floors and the shooting of the film has commenced today that is on October 5, 2019.
The film is being made under the banner of Rhythm Boyz and Dalmora Films Private Limited. The movie is being produced by the superstar of the Punjabi cinema and the multi talented artist Amrinder Gill and his brother Karaj Gill. The movie has been written and is being directed by the popular writer, director and actor of the Punjabi industry- Amberdeep Singh. The movie Jodi, will mark the collaboration of Amrinder Gill and Amberdeep Singh for the fifth time after the four superhit films- Angrej, Love Punjab, Lahoriye and Ashke.
The film Jodi is a project by Gurpreet Palher and the title of the film suggests that the movie will be a romantic drama . According to sources, the film has a celebrated starcast including big names like Diljit Dosanjh, Amrinder Gill and the diva of the Punjabi music industry- Nimrat Khaira. The makers have yet not made any revelation about the release date of the film. Not many details about the film have been disclosed till now. The fans have high expectations from the movie and are eagerly looking forward to more details about the film.
