The popular Punjabi singer turned actor- Tarsem Jassar, had announced his upcoming film Mera Laung Gawacha around 4 months back by posting on his social media.

Earlier this month, Punjabi Mania shared an exclusive news that the title of the film will possibly be changed from Mera Laung Gawacha to something else and also that Neeru Bajwa will play the lead in the movie. The team of the film has verified that Neeru Bajwa will play the lead opposite Jassar in the film and has also confirmed the change in the title of the much speculated project .

The title of the movie has been changed from Mera Laung Gawacha to ‘Maa Da Ladla’. The shooting of the film has already commenced and the photos of the mahurat shot are already doing rounds on the Internet. Tarsem Jassar and Neeru Bajwa have already done one film titled Uda Aida together and the upcoming movie will be their second collaboration.

The movie is being made under the banners of Vehli Janta Films and Omjee Star Studios and is being produced by Manpreet Johal and Ashu Munish Sahni. The film is being directed by Uday Pratap Singh. The new name of the movie has increased the excitement of the fans, who are looking forward to this much awaited family entertainer.
