In which has broken out as a crucial development in the Punjabi film industry, the trailer of Vijay Kumar Arora's 'Harjeeta' has released amidst soaring expectations and after an anxious halt. Set to be made public at 10 AM, the trailed was released on the official YouTube channel Lokdhun Punjabi. The movie will release on May 18, 2018.

Since the day when the first look of Ammy Virk went viral across the internet, a feeling of great exhilaration had erupted amongst his fans. The feeling was expected for the amount of physical hard work that he has put in for this movie is beyond comparison. If sticking only to the Punjabi industry, it is the first-of-its kind for no other actor has had the opportunity of undergoing transformation of this compass.

The hard yards which he has put during the shoot of the movie are glaring on the screen to the extent of leaving his fans with nothing but sheer veneration. Irrespective of how the movie will perform at the box-office, Harjeeta will go down as one of the most bravest choices of Ammy Virk.

The movie is a biopic on mid-fielder of the Indian Hockey team, Harjeet Singh Tuli, alias Harjeeta. He captained the Indian team to victory in the 2016 Men’s Hockey Junior World Cup. Beating Belgium in the final at Lucknow, the team continued its unassailable spree in the tourney. It is evident from the trailer that Vijay Kumar Arora has given a substantial amount of space in the movie to Harjeet Singh's childhood for it was at that point in time when the World Cup-winning captain had fallen in love with the game. What also shines brilliantly in the trailer is the high standard of Hockey played in the movie. The visuals of the sport being played in the movie look chiefly authentic.

The overall aura of the trailer is profound. One generally expects the trailer of a sports-based movie to be electrifying and invigorating. Not that Harjeeta doesn't send a chill down one's spine, but it does it in a more subtle and serious manner. The reason behind which falls down on the incredible true story.

Written by Jagdeep Sidhu, the movie also stars Sawan Rupowali, Sameep Singh, Pankaj Tripathi, Raj Jhinjer, Gurpreet K Bhangu, Parkash Gadu, Sukhi Chahal and Jarnail Singh. A name of Pankaj Tripathi's consequence and skill acting in a Punjabi movie is another reason to watch the movie. The renowned Bollywood actor is playing the role of a coach in the movie.
