Dehradun: Punjabi singer Jasmine Sandlas has found herself at the centre of an online discussion after a video from her recent concert in Dehradun surfaced on social media, with several users alleging that she was inappropriately touched by a member of the audience while interacting with fans.

The singer performed before a packed crowd at Parade Ground, where she entertained attendees with several of her popular songs, including Sip Sip, Shararat and Lawan. Following one of her performances, Jasmine walked towards the front of the stage to acknowledge fans who were applauding, extending their hands and offering her flowers.

A video circulating online appears to show the singer leaning in to accept roses and greet concertgoers. During the interaction, social media users alleged that an individual from the crowd behaved inappropriately, making the moment uncomfortable for the artist. However, the authenticity of the claims and the exact sequence of events have not been independently verified.

The clip was widely shared across social media platforms, with many users condemning the alleged behaviour and urging audiences to respect artists' personal space during live performances. Several commenters called for stronger crowd management and increased security at public events to ensure performers can safely interact with fans.

The incident has reignited conversations about audience etiquette at concerts, with many stressing that admiration for an artist should never cross the boundaries of consent and respectful conduct.

Just days before her Dehradun performance, Jasmine had made headlines for a personal milestone. During a concert in Delhi on July 11, she introduced her fiancé, Shekhar Chaudhary, to the audience and announced their engagement, proudly displaying her engagement ring as fans cheered the couple.
