Wamiqa Gabbi to make OTT debut: The Punjabi actress will soon be seen in her maiden web-series on streaming platform Hotstar.

Actress Wamiqa Gabbi is all set to make her debut on an OTT platform with upcoming web-series titled ‘Grahan’. The development was confirmed yesterday when Gabbi took to her social media handles to share the motion poster of the series.

Directed by Ranjan Chandel, Grahan will be available for public viewing from June 24 on streaming platform Hotstar. It is worth mentioning that the makers released the trailer of the web-series this evening.

As far as Punjabi artists are concerned, Gabbi will share the screen with veteran actor Pavan Malhotra. In Ishan Chopra’s ‘Doorbeen’, Gabbi’s last Punjabi movie dates back to 2019. Malhotra, on the other hand, was last seen in Rakesh Mehta’s ‘Ik Sandhu Hunda Si‘ (2020).

It is worth mentioning that Gabbi had been part of a few Hindi movies before making debut in the Punjabi industry with Amit Prasher’s ‘Tu Mera 22 Main Tera 22’ (2013). Gabbi is also slated to play a cameo role in Kabir Khan’s ’83’.
