Singer-turned-actor Diljit Dosanjh and actress Sonam Bajwa will reunite on the big screen for a feature film after four years in recently announced movie titled ‘Honsla Rakh’. Having worked together in Anurag Singh’s Punjab 1984 and Super Singh and Rohit Jugraj’s Sardaar Ji 2, this will be the fourth collaboration of the pair in a Punjabi movie.

Actress Shehnaz Gill, who was last seen in Baljit Singh Deo’s Daaka’, will also be playing a parallel lead opposite Dosanjh and Bajwa in Honsla Rakh.

Set to release on Dusshera 2021, i.e., October 15, Honsla Rakh will be directed by Amarjit Singh Saron. While Baljit Singh Deo will be working as a DOP in Honsla Rakh, it has been written by Rakesh Dhawan, who has become a known name in writing comedy movies.
