Janjot also shares an intriguing story of how producer Karaj Gill offered him the movie. The director finds pride in making a movie of what he calls the complete "Punjab". Talking about the differences between the two countries, Janjot believes that only "art" can help people get together. Laying emphasis on on-set improvisation, Janjot reveals how the camera would continue to roll despite the scene getting over as all the aforementioned actors continued with the comic punches on the spot.
