It is evident from the title that the movie will revolve around the romantic narrative of its lead pair. That being said, it doesn’t appear to be just another love story. Batra’s efforts of adding multiple layers to his characters and the overall script are written all over the trailer. It is worth mentioning that Jinde Meriye is the first Punjabi movie to be shot in Scotland.
