Neela announcement: Another Punjabi singer is all set to turn into a producer with his upcoming movie. Lyricist-turned-singer-turned-actor Singga is all in readiness of donning another coat in the Punjabi film industry now. Singga will join the long list of Punjabi actors who turned producers with his upcoming movie titled 'Neela'.

The development was made public via an Instagram post by Singga last night. Having said that, it remains to be seen if Singga will just be presenting the movie or will also be bankrolling it. While the makers haven't provided a release date for now, Singga hinted at going on floors with respect to this movie soon.
