Amrinder Gill's new film to release on June 7 this year

Amrinder Gill’s new film: Amrinder Gill be seen playing a pivotal role in an upcoming untitled Punjabi movie. Directed by Sukh Sanghera.

Prominent singer-turned-actor Amrinder Gill will be seen in a Punjabi movie slated to release on June 7 this year. In a development which has came as an enormous surprise for not just fans of Gill but the whole Punjabi industry, it will be intriguing to see which genre the movie will address.

Apart from being just another development, the announcement has come as a gift from Gill for his fans, that too on his Birthday. Gill took to his Facebook account to made the update public.

“Jiddan tuc Kale, Geje, Pargat, Kikkar, Soobeh, Bhole te Pamme nu pyaar ditta umeed aa k aun wale new character Garry Randhawa nu vi ohna hi pyaar daoge. Thank you for your undying support and patience. Meet Garry Randhawa in theaters on 7th June, 2019,” read the caption on Gill’s post.

Mentioning the names of his recent characters, Gill mentioned that his character will be named Garry Randhawa in the upcoming movie. It is worth mentioning that the title of the movie hasn’t been unveiled as of now.

Amrinder Gill’s new film

Punjabi Mania understands that other than Gill, the movie will witness Harish Verma, Rubina Bajwa and Roopi Gill in titular roles. Furthermore, the untitled movie will be directed by Sukh Sanghera. The renowned video director will be seen making his directorial debut in the movie which will be produced by Rhythm Boyz Entertainment.

Gill, who had last appeared in Amberdeep Singh‘s ‘Ashke‘ in July last year, is all set to walk the same path this time with respect to promoting the movie. With the movie slated to release in less than four weeks’ time, Rhythm Boyz once again have limited time to promote their movie.

While they thrived on reputation and good content during Ashke, here is hoping for them to replicate the same this time as well. With Gill himself making the announcement, his fans will be eagerly awaiting for the movie’s title, poster, trailer and songs.
