He is a known Music Video Director and is now going to make it to the big screen by Directing two Punjabi Movies. We are talking about Deepak Chawla, Punjabi Mania had a brief interview with him recently.

Q. Deepak, tell us about your background?
I am into Punjabi Music Industry from the last 12 years and I have worked on a number of Music Videos. I have shot songs for Bai Amarjit, Iqbal and Miss Pooja, Rajan Matthu, Avtar Nehra, Gurlez Akhtar and many other artists.

Q. So you are making it to the film industry now. What Projects you are working on now?
I am working on two projects as a director for now. My first movie is Rambo Ranjha Romeo. It is a comedy, romance and action movie. We have finalised our star cast and currently we are in the process of signing them. The shoot of the movie is expected to start from May. It’s gonna be a big movie and so will be its launch. I won’t disclose about second movie.

Q. You just mentioned you have finalised the star cast for Rambo Ranjha Romeo. So who-who is included?
As I told we are currently in the process of signing them. So I can’t reveal their names right now but yes, there will be some big names in it.

Q. Punjabi movies now days are basically out and out comedy. What new will your movie offer?
Yes there is comedy in Rambo Ranjha Romeo, but I assure the movie is not just limited to comedy. You will also find some great action and romance in the movie too.
