Hashar – One of the prolific money spinners of Punjabi Cinema completes 10 Glorious Years today. The film still manages to gain decent television ratings despite being shown repeatedly over the last 10 years on various networks and some songs of that music album are still a part of may people’s playlist.
My favourite songs from Hashar are – Title Track (Ajj Din Hashar Da, Chandigarh Boli Paendi & Thandi Thandi). Babbu Maan’s films have never been the same after Hashar & we all know that deep within. Here’s to Hashar completing a decade and many more decades to come.
Babbu Maan will next be seen is Mushtaq Pasha’s Vanjara – The Truck Driver which will release sometimes later this year or early next year.
