Rhythm Boyz Entertainment is one production house in our industry that’s known for not just providing meaningful family entertainment, but also serving us with the most unique concepts that appeal to almost all kinds of audiences worldwide. While this year they gave us the first-ever movie on a subject like Demonetization (Golak, Bugni, Bank Te Batua), and then a blockbuster like ASHKE (a film on Bhangra), now the same production house in association with Hayre Omjee Studios, is coming up with another interesting film called ‘Bhajjo Veero Ve’ – releasing on 14th December and starring Amberdeep Singh and Simi Chahal in the lead. Munish Sahni from OmJee Group has taken the responsibility of releasing the film.
‘Bhajjo Veero Ve’ is the first Punjabi film dedicated to ‘Bachelors’ and the struggle they have to face in dealing with people on every day basis. Says the dynamic producer Karaj Gill, “At Rhythm Boyz, it has always been our conscious effort to produce films that connect with the common people of Punjab on an emotional level besides of course, providing them with quality entertainment. ‘Bhajjo Veero Ve’ is another attempt in that direction and I truly believe that people would appreciate our efforts.”
While addressing the press, Amberdeep who’s not just playing the male lead in the film but has also written and directed it, said, “’Bhajjo Veero Ve’ is unique in every way. I bet it’s a story that you’d have never seen before in Punjabi cinema. I am glad that all the actors have put in their best in bringing this film on the screen just the way I envisioned it and I am especially thankful to our producers for allowing me and my team all the creative freedom.”
The bubbly female lead Simi Chahal (who’s charmed us in films like Golak Bugni Bank Te Batua, Daana Paani and Rabb Da Radio) said, “Bhajjo Veero Ve has given me an opportunity to explore another side of me and has certainly helped me grow as an actor. The whole team worked like a family and made me feel very comfortable on the sets. For that, all my thanks to our wonder director and producers.
‘Bhajjo Veero Ve’, which releases on 14th December, will showcase the fresh pairing of Amberdeep and Simi Chahal on screen. The project has been bankrolled by Karaj Gill and Talwinder Hayre. Along with Amberdeep Singh and Simi Chahal, the movies stellar cast includes Guggu Gill, Nirmal Rishi, Hobby Dhaliwal, Yaad Grewal, Hardeep Gill, Balwinder Bullet, Sukhwinder Raj.
The music of the film has been prepared by none other than the renowned Jatinder Shah. The film has total of eight songs which have been written by Bir Singh, Satta Varowalia and Dev Tharike Vala. Amrinder Gill, Surinder Shinda, Gurshabad, Bir Singh and Gurpreet Maan have lent their soulful and melodious voices to these songs.
