The popular actor of the Punjabi industry- Dev Kharoud is known for doing different and out of the box projects. After acting in films like Rupinder Gandhi- The Gangster, Dakuaan Da Munda, Blackia, Kakaji, DSP Dev and many more, Kharoud is all geared up for his upcoming film- Zakhmi, which will hit the screens on 7 February 2020.

Zakhmi will be an action thriller packed with intense drama and emotions. The film will showcase larger than life action by Dev Kharoud, who is the ultimate action hero of the Punjabi cinema. The story of the film will revolve around Dev’s character and will showcase the protagonist’s fight for his family, justice and righteousness. The film will be based on family, exhibiting a beautiful father daughter bond on the big screen. The movie has been directed by the renowned writer of the Punjabi cinema- Inderpal Singh. He has also written the story and the screenplay of the movie. ‘Zakhmi’ will mark Inderpal Singh’s directorial debut in the industry. The movie has been made under the banners of Binnu Dhillon Production and Omjee Star Studios and has been bankrolled by Binnu Dhillon, Ashu Munish Sahni and Aniket Kawade. The film has a stellar starcast and Anchal Singh is playing the female lead in the film. The polished and illustrious actor- Rahul Dev, who is known for his acting in many Bollywood films, will be playing a significant part in the movie.

The film had gone on the floors in September last year and is now all set for its release. The songs of the movie are out and are getting a great response from the fans.
