Diljit Dosanjh Walks Out of No Entry 2 Over Creative Differences: Report

The buzz around No Entry 2 has been steadily building, with producer Boney Kapoor and director Anees Bazmee working to bring the much-anticipated comedy sequel to life. While no official cast announcement has been made, reports have suggested that Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh were roped in as the new leads for the film.

However, in a surprising turn of events, Diljit Dosanjh has reportedly exited the project. As per a report by Filmfare, the Punjabi superstar was initially enthusiastic about working alongside Varun and Arjun, but ultimately chose to step away due to creative differences.

A source quoted by the portal stated, “Diljit was really looking forward to collaborating with Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor. But in recent weeks, he found himself unable to align with the creative vision of the film. After much thought, he decided it was best to exit the project.”

The development leaves a vacant spot in the male trio, and all eyes are now on who will replace Diljit in the film. Interestingly, despite this fallout, Diljit and Varun Dhawan are still collaborating on another high-profile project — Border 2, also starring Sunny Deol.

What We Know About No Entry 2

The sequel to the 2005 hit No Entry, which starred Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, and Bipasha Basu, has been in the works for several years. Boney Kapoor recently confirmed that filming is expected to begin in October this year.

On the female cast front, speculation is rife that Tamannaah Bhatia may join the ensemble, though no confirmations have been made.

As fans eagerly await an official announcement from the makers, the exit of a big name like Diljit adds a new twist to the project’s journey.
