In this season of rains, it is raining films. The Punjabi industry is growing and expanding at a rapid pace. Film makers are focusing on quality cinema and are making content driven movies. Every other day, a new film is announced or released. The films are recieving massive love and support from the Punjabi audience.

Popular Punjabi actor Dev Kharoud, who is also known as the ultimate action hero of the industry, has had a busy year with three back to back films including Kakaji, Blackia and DSP Dev. All the three films became tremendous hits at the box office and recieved loads of love and appreciation from the fans, and also managed to garner critical acclaim. The actor is now all geared up for his new project. The title of the film is Daler.

The movie will be helmed by the national award winning director Sukhminder Dhanjal. The director who is known for his work in films like Baghi, Kabaddi- Once Again and Lagda Ishq Ho Gaya, The story of the film has been written by Inderpal Singh. The movie is being made under the banners of Shah An Shah Pictures and Omjee Star Studios & produced by Jatinder Shah, Pooja Gujral, Ashu Munish Sahni & Aniket Kawade.

The first poster of the film is out. ‘Daler’ is releasing worldwide on 22nd May next year but the complete starcast has also been kept under wraps. The title of the film suggests that the movie will be a intense and heavy drama packed with a lot of thrill and action. The fans are very excited for the film and are looking forward to more details about the movie.
