Popular singer of the Punjabi music industry, Gagan Kokri is all set to become a popular face in the punjabi film industry as well, as he gears up to release his first movie Laatu which will hit the silver screens on 16 November this year. Gagan Kokri has delivered many hit singles and this film will be the singer’s first step towards the cinema world as he would make his acting debut with this film.

Popular actress Aditi Sharma would be seen playing the main lead opposite Gagan Kokri in the movie. The actress has played significant roles in Subedar Joginder Singh and Golak Bugni Bank Te Batua and had done a cameo in Gurdas Maan’s movie Nankana this year. Other than the main lead pair, the movie has a stupendous lineup of actors like Karamjit Anmol, Anita Devgan, Sardar Sohi, Hardeep Gill, Harby Sangha, Nisha Bano and many more who would be seen playing supporting roles in the movie.

The film has been made under the banner of Farid Entertainment and New Era Movies and has been produced by Jagmeet Singh Rana, Vikas Wadhva and Rohit Bhalla. The movie has been written and directed by Manav Shah. Jatinder Shah has given the music to the film and Dheeraj Rattan has done the creative production and screenplay of the movie.

Gagan Kokri took it to his social media handle to share the poster of the film with his fans. This year the punjabi industry has witnessed many period drama movies and the poster of this movie also suggests that the film would be a period drama. The trailer of the movie is slated to release on 26 October. The audience is very excited to see the popular singer on the big screen and the fans are looking forward to the film.
