Punjabi Cinema is going through a boom phase and it is reaching new heights with content driven and entertaining cinema. Nowadays, more films are being made, as every other day we hear announcements of new films. Lately, the films are being made on a larger scale, and new and different genres and concepts are being covered by Punjabi filmakers, which is a major reason for growth of Punjabi Cinema.

The multi talented artist of the Punjabi industry, Gippy Grewal has been a major force behind many big films in the past two to three years. The popular actor will be a part of one more film which will release this year. Other than this new project, he has many big projects like Manje Bistre 2, Ardaas 2 and Chandigarh Amritsar Chandigarh lined up for this year. Recently he announced on his social media account, that he will be a part of this untitled film, which will hit the silver screen in September this year.

The title of the film has not been revealed yet. The movie is being made under the banner of Shah And Shah Pictures and Omjee Group. Both of them are big names in the industry and they will be collaborating for this untitled film. The movie is being produced by Jatinder Shah, Pooja Gujral and Ashu Munish Sahni. The film will be directed by Manje Bistre fame director Baljeet Singh Deo, and Jatinder Shah will give the music to the film. The movie will be distributed worldwide by Omjee Group.

Not many details of the film have been revealed. The name of the female lead has also not been disclosed. The film will hit the box office on 13 September this year. The announcement of this film came as a suprise for Gippy’s fans. The fans are very excited and are looking forward to this movie.
