Salman Khan News: In a worrying development, a new death threat has been issued against Bollywood icon Salman Khan. The message, sent via WhatsApp to Mumbai's Transport Department, included threats to assassinate the actor and plant explosives in his vehicle. The Worli Police have filed a case and launched an investigation to determine the origin and credibility of the threat.

Khan has long been on the radar of criminal groups, especially the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Their hostility reportedly stems from the blackbuck poaching case involving the actor in the late 1990s.

In recent years, threats have included ransom demands, break-in attempts, and warning letters. In 2024 alone, Khan was asked to either publicly apologize or pay up crores, and in a separate incident, an impersonation attempt was made at his farmhouse.

Despite these threats, the actor remains calm. “God decides how long we live,” he said in a press conference. Khan noted that his daily life has been reduced to a strict home-to-work routine for safety reasons.
