Jagdeep Sidhu, a renowned name in the Punjabi industry is not only a great director but a writer too. He has helmed many films and delivered many great stories to his fans. Now, the artist is all set to fulfil his dream as he is working on a Bollywood project. Yes, Jagdeep Sidhu who has marked his place in the hearts of people with films like Nikka Zaildar, Qismat, Lekh, Dildariyaan, and more, now entered Hindi Film Industry with the film ‘Sri’. The upcoming Bollywood film is based on the biopic of Srikant Bholla. He is an industrialist who didn't let his visual impairment come in the way of his vision and founded Bollant Industries. 

Moreover, along with Jagdeep Sidhu, Sumit Purohit has collaboratively written the film Sri. Further,  the film was directed by Tushar Hiranandani. Knowing from the social media post, it has also been witnessed that the stellar cast includes Rajkummar Rao, Alaya Furniturwala, Tamil film industry actress Jyothika, along with actor Sharad Kelkar. The film is slated to hit the theatre by T Series and Chalk N Cheese Films Production LLP. 

The release date is yet to be out, but fans are really happy for Jagdeep as he has been fulfilling his dream. This is not the first time he has been working in a Bollywood film, earlier also he penned the dialogues in the movie ‘Saand Ki Aankh’. The film was also a Tushar Hiranandani directorial.
