Laddi Cheema accuses production house for non-payment: The renowned PR handler has warned a production house regarding non-payment.

Renowned PR handler in the Punjabi film industry Laddi Cheema has accused a production house over non-payment of dues for a year. While Cheema hasn’t named the production house as of now, he has requested them to clear the dues via a Facebook post.

Cheema’s post has come as part of the recent outrage faced by the film industry in the country following the unfortunate demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

While the Punjabi entertainment industry has managed to stay away from any such controversy of late, Cheema’s accusation throws light on how some people are disrupting proper functioning in the Punjabi industry as well.

“Aakhe ji Sushant Rajput naal Karan Johar ne theek nahin kitta, jo tusi Punjabi industry ch rehke saade naal kar rahe ho oh theek hai? Halaatan nu samjho asin apni mehnat da paise ik saal toh mang rahe han, tuhade agge benati hai asi hor Sushant Rajput nahin dekh sakaange [They are saying that Karan Johar didn’t do justice with Sushant Rajput but what you are doing in the Punjabi industry with us, is it fine? Understand the situation as we have been asking for our hard-earned money for a year now. It is a request that we don’t want to see more Sushants],” read Cheema’s Facebook post.
