It is the biggest reality of life that there is no certainty of the future. Life is extremely fragile and totally unpredictable, and no one knows what is in store for them in the next moment. We have witnessed many examples of this fact, and it has been re-affirmed with the recent death of Bollywood’s celebrated artist Satish Kaushik.

Bollywood’s famous actor and director, who made his mark by showing great talent and versatility, passed away today. The news has shook not only the whole entertainment industry, but all the cinema viewers across the nation. The actor unexpectedly passed away, leaving a big void in the Bollywood entertainment industry.

The ace actor was born on April 13, 1956. His breakout role was that of the character Calendar in Shekhar Kapur's Mr India. Later, Kaushik stepped into the alley of direction with Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja. Tere Naam and Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain are some of his popular films as a director. Satish Kaushik indeed made a great impact with his brilliant work in the Indian cinema.

Just two days back, on 7 March, Kaushik celebrated Holi with his dear friends at the annual Holi celebrations organised by noted lyricist-writer Javed Akhtar in Mumbai. Kaushik shared many happy pictures from the celebrations, where he can be seen super elated and rejoicing life. No one could ever tell, that just after two days after such fun and laughter, the actor would be no more.

Since news broke of his demise, several Bollywood actors took to social media to express their grief and shock. Former co-stars and friends of the late actor took to their handles to offer their condolences to the Kaushik family and while also sharing their fondest memory of the star. He is survived by his wife and daughter.
