After Bollywood, it’s sequel time for the Punjabi Film Industry. And now joining the queue of sequels is the Ace-Director Manmohan Singh, who returns to Punjabi Cinema after a gap of 2 years with the sequel to his 2009 Blockbuster, Munde UK De titled as Aa Gaye Munde UK De. The complete star cast from the previous film has been retained with of-course a few new additions like Guggu Gill have been added. Speaking to Punjabi Mania at the launch of the film, Jimmy Sheirgill who is playing the lead role in the film opposite Neeru Bajwa said, “I get personal satisfaction as an actor when I work with Man Ji (Manmohan Singh). I get a chance to express myself as an actor in a much better way when I work under his direction.”

Also when asked about why is a sequel being made to Munde UK De, Jimmy said that Munde UK De in 2009 was a huge hit and it was this film which started the trend of Rom-Com’s in Punjabi Cinema and Man Ji was getting a lot of requests from the cine-goers and the people from the Industry to make the sequel for this film. Neeru Bajwa who was also present at the occasion said that wherever she has reached in her journey so far as an actress, it is because of Manmohan Singh Ji.

Veteran Actor Guggu Gill added that whenever you work with a Director like Manmohan Singh, you get to learn so much new things from him that benefit you as an actor. Also present at the occasion where Comedians Gurpreet Ghuggi, Rana Ranbir, Actressese Navneet Nishan and Ihana alongside Producer Sunny Trehan and Line Producer and Actor Darhsan Aulakh. Manmohan Singh told that the shooting for the film has commenced and shall get over on April 10^th and the film shall release sometime in this summer.
